At Sumachay Lifts, we prioritize efficient and reliable repair services for all our customers. Our repair work is charged at a fixed rate of $100 for every 1/2 hour of service. Please note that any required spare parts will be charged separately.

Example: If your machine's key is broken in the lock, the spare part cost would be $80. Since this repair can be completed within 20 minutes, the total service fee would be $100.

Warranty Information

Your Sumachay Electric Pallet Jack or Stacker is covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. This warranty includes comprehensive repair coverage for manufacturing defects and legitimate breakdowns under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., wheels, fuses, brushes, etc.)
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, overloading, or accidents
• Corrosion or damage caused by fluids, chemicals, or submersion in water
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Inspection Requirement:

Before any unit can be replaced or repaired under warranty, Sumachay must physically inspect the machine to verify the nature of the issue. In certain cases, we may request the unit be shipped to our warehouse in Toronto, ON for a full assessment.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse for warranty inspections and repairs.
• Replacement or repair decisions are made at Sumachay’s sole discretion after inspection.

Additional Notes:
• On-site service is not included under this warranty and may be subject to additional fees.
• To keep your equipment performing at its best, we strongly recommend routine maintenance—regular cleaning, lubrication, and proper storage.

Do You Service Other Brands?

This depends on whether our parts are compatible with the machine. We do not guarantee that we can fix issues on other brand machines, but we are willing to attempt repairs where possible. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
