How does your after sales service work?

At Sumachay Lifts, we prioritize efficient and reliable repair services for all our customers. 

Our repair work is charged at a fixed rate of $100 for every 1/2 hour of service. Please note that any required spare parts will be charged separately. Example: If your machine's key is broken in the lock, the spare part cost for replacement key would be $80. Since this repair can be completed within 1/2 hour, the total fee would be $180 ($100 + $80) . 

We are committed to transparent and fair pricing, ensuring that your equipment is back in action as soon as possible!

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, your Sumachay Lifts Electric Pallet Jack or Stacker comes with a 12-month warranty that begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on your invoice. 

This warranty covers your machine in the event of a legitimate fault or breakdown. However, it does not extend to issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, or improper use. Please note that this warranty is voided if the unit is used in environments where it is submerged in water or exposed to fluids or chemicals. 

To ensure the longevity and reliability of your electric pallet lift, we strongly recommend adhering to routine maintenance. This includes regular cleaning, proper lubrication, and appropriate storage.

Do you service other brands?

This depends on whether our parts are compatible with the machine. We do not guarantee that we can fix issues on other brand machines, but we are willing to attempt repairs where possible. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
