Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of personal data that Sumachay Lifts holds about you. This page also satisfies the Meta (Facebook) “User Data Deletion” requirement for apps that collect leads via Meta Instant Forms.
How to request deletion
- Email sales@sumachay.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include:
- Full name and (if applicable) company name
- Email address and phone number used in your inquiry/order
- Any reference (order #, quote #, date of form submission)
- Whether you want deletion of lead records, store account, and/or marketing subscriptions
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm control of the email or phone associated with the records before we act.
What we delete
We delete or anonymize lead records, marketing profiles, and store account data associated with you, except where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes. We’ll confirm completion by email.
