Semi Electric Stackers

Semi-electric stackers are ideal when you stack fewer than 15 pallets per shift or move loads short distances. They cost less upfront and have fewer components to maintain. If stacking is occasional but lifting is the hard part, semi-electric handles the heavy work while keeping costs down.

Our semi-electric stackers range from 1,000 kg (SS10EA, 1.3 m lift) to 2,000 kg (SSE20, 1.6 m lift). These lift heights suit single-tier stacking, loading dock work, and placing pallets on low racking. For lifts above 2.5 m, consider a full-electric stacker.

Semi-electric stackers fit aisles as narrow as 1.8 m with straddle legs. They work best on smooth, flat concrete floors. Avoid ramps steeper than 2–3% grade, outdoor surfaces, and floors with cracks or debris that would impede manual pushing.

Semi-electric stackers use sealed lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries depending on the model. Charge times range from 6–8 hours. Built-in chargers plug into standard outlets. Lithium models require no water maintenance. Lead-acid models need periodic water level checks.

Semi-electric stackers ship crated via freight to any Canadian address. They’re lighter than full-electric, so freight costs are typically lower. Most in-stock models dispatch within 2–4 business days. Toronto-area pickup is available for same-day or next-day collection.
