Most orders to Ontario and Quebec arrive within 2–4 business days. Toronto-area customers can arrange same-day or next-day warehouse pickup at 840 Flint Road, North York.

Yes. Every electric pallet jack and stacker in our lineup uses lithium-ion battery technology. Lithium batteries charge faster, last longer, require zero maintenance, and eliminate the acid spills and ventilation concerns associated with lead-acid units.

What is Sumachay Plus and how is it different?

Sumachay Plus is our extended coverage tier. Plus models include an 18-month warranty (vs. 12 months standard), priority technical support, and access to replacement parts inventory. It is available on the SELR20+ and SST15+ models.

Are your machines suitable for multi-shift operations?

Yes. Our lithium-ion batteries support opportunity charging, meaning operators can top up during breaks without damaging the cells. For continuous multi-shift use, we offer dual-battery bundles that allow hot-swapping so the equipment never stops.
