Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship electric pallet jacks across Canada?
Yes. We ship nationwide via LTL freight carriers from our Toronto warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery times vary by destination; see our shipping policy. All units ship on pallets, fully assembled and ready to operate on arrival.
Can I pick up my order in Toronto?
Yes. Order pickup is available from our truck-level loading dock at 840 Flint Road, North York. We can only load vehicles at dock height, so bring a dock-height truck or arrange your own carrier. See our shipping policy for details.
How is equipment priced?
Prices are listed on each product page. Some machines, such as pallet stackers, are quote-only: request a quote and our team confirms the price, freight, and lead time for your site. You deal directly with our team from quote to delivery.
Do you offer volume pricing for packaging supplies?
Yes. Our Distributor Program offers wholesale pricing on packaging supplies such as stretch wrap, strapping, and shipping materials. This program includes volume discounts, dedicated account support, and priority shipping. Contact sales@sumachay.com or visit our Distributor Program page to apply. Note: equipment is sold direct and is not part of the distributor program.

Are your pallet jacks lithium-powered?
Yes. Every electric pallet jack and stacker in our lineup uses lithium-ion battery technology. Lithium batteries charge faster, last longer, require zero maintenance, and eliminate the acid spills and ventilation concerns associated with lead-acid units.
What is Sumachay Plus and how is it different?
Sumachay Plus is our extended coverage tier. Plus models include an 18-month warranty (vs. 12 months standard), priority technical support, and access to replacement parts inventory. It is available on the SELR20+ and SST15+ models.
How do you compare to Toyota or Crown?
Our equipment delivers comparable performance at a significantly lower price point. The difference is our direct-to-customer model: no dealer network, no territory restrictions, no mandatory service contracts. You get the same lithium technology and build quality without the legacy overhead baked into traditional brands.

What warranty comes standard?
All equipment includes a 12-month standard warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Sumachay Plus models extend this to 18 months with priority support. Warranty service is handled directly through our Toronto facility.
