Your Sumachay Plus SST15-C+ Compact Electric Pallet Stacker comes with an 18-month warranty that begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on your invoice.
This extended premium warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Coverage for manufacturing defects in major components including the DC drive motor, controller, battery, hydraulic system, and structural elements.
- Drive and Lift System Protection: Coverage for the DC drive motor, lift motor, and control systems.
- Lithium Battery Warranty: The lithium battery is warranted against manufacturing defects. Normal, gradual loss of capacity over time is not covered.
- Hydraulic System Coverage: Coverage for hydraulic components and the mast assembly.
- Replacement Parts: Replacement parts for covered defects during the warranty period.
Important Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover issues arising from:
- Normal wear and tear of consumable components (wheels, forks, seals, hydraulic fluids)
- Gradual battery capacity or runtime loss over the term (normal lithium consumable wear)
- Accidents, negligence, misuse, or operation beyond rated capacity
- Use in environments where the unit is submerged in water or exposed to corrosive fluids or chemicals
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers
- Failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures and inspection schedules
- Damage from improper charging practices or use of non-approved chargers
- Overloading beyond the 1,500 kg (3,300 lb) rated capacity
