What warranty comes with the SELR20+ electric pallet jack?
The SELR20+ includes an 18-month extended warranty as part of the Sumachay Plus Series, 50% longer than standard models. Coverage includes the drive motor, controller, battery, and hydraulic system against manufacturing defects. Warranty registration is automatic at purchase.
Does the SELR20+ have built-in diagnostic codes?
Yes. The SELR20+ features built-in diagnostic codes displayed on the controller, allowing your team to identify issues quickly without waiting for a technician. This reduces downtime by enabling faster troubleshooting and targeted parts ordering.

How long does the SELR20+ battery last and how is it charged?
