Sumachay Plus is our premium tier. Every Plus product includes free Canada-wide shipping, an 18-month warranty (vs. 12-month standard), priority support access, better build quality with upgraded components, and clear error codes on supported electric models. Plus is designed for commercial operations where equipment uptime matters.

Current Plus products include the SELR20+ (4,400 lb lithium electric pallet jack), SST15+ (3,300 lb electric stacker with 11.5 ft lift), SH25+ (2,500 kg manual pallet jack), SMT5+ (500 kg scissor lift table), and SHL15+ (1,500 kg high-lift pallet truck). The lineup expands as we qualify additional models.

Plus is most valuable for operations where downtime costs money. The 18-month warranty, priority support, and better components reduce the total cost of ownership over the equipment’s life. For occasional or light-duty use, standard equipment may be sufficient.

Clear error codes display specific alphanumeric codes on the control panel when an issue is detected — identifying battery status, motor faults, or sensor errors. This lets you troubleshoot faster or communicate the exact problem to our support team. Available on SELR20+ and SST15+.

All Sumachay Plus products include free freight shipping to most Canadian addresses residential and commercial. No freight quotes or checkout surprises. Remote or hard-to-access locations (islands, northern territories) may require additional arrangements. We will contact you if your address has delivery restrictions.
