Yes. The self-lifting climbing mechanism does the vertical work; the operator stabilises the load and guides direction. One operator can safely move appliances, dressers, and palletised goods up to the 440 lb rated capacity without assistance.

Standard staircases (uniform step height) are ideal. Slightly uneven steps are accommodated, but curved or spiral staircases require manual repositioning at the curve. The dolly is not designed for spiral stairs.

Runtime varies by load and the number of stair flights climbed. Under typical delivery-crew conditions (10–15 ascents per day with mixed loads), a single charge handles a full workday. Recharge time is approximately 4–6 hours from empty using the included 120V wall charger.
