Load a 5-ton truck without a dock, a ramp, or a forklift
The SS10EA's frame is the lifting system. The 12V electric motor raises the entire unit (stacker plus your pallet) to truck-bed height. You then walk it into the truck. That's the whole mechanism.
-
1
Roll up to the truck at ground level
Manual push, 1,120 mm turning radius. Works on concrete, asphalt, dock plate, or warehouse floor.
-
2
Engage the pallet, up to 1,000 kg
The forks enter a standard pallet. Then activate the 12V electric lift.
-
3
The frame lifts stacker + load together
Lift up to 1.3 m. Enough to reach a 5-ton truck bed, a delivery van floor, or low-height shelving.
-
4
Walk the unit into the truck, lower the load
No dock required. The SS10EA itself is the bridge between ground level and the truck bed.
Who buys the SS10EA
Every SS10EA operator in Canada has the same problem in common: they are loading or unloading pallets from trucks without a dock. Typical setups:
- Route delivery — grocery, beverage, restaurant supply. Drivers move palletized product from their own truck into customer storerooms without needing dock access at every stop.
- Last-mile and 3PL drop-off. Delivery crews servicing residential addresses, small retail, or street-level businesses that have no receiving equipment.
- Furniture, appliance, and equipment delivery. Heavy items on pallets or skids that can’t be unloaded by hand.
- Event rental and trade show freight. Loading and unloading staging gear and AV cases from trailers at venues with no dock.
- Small-volume warehousing. Operations that need occasional stacking up to 1.3 m but can’t justify a full electric stacker.
When SS10EA is the right tool, and when it isn't
The SS10EA is a specialist, not a general-purpose warehouse stacker. Here's the honest comparison.

See SESR15 →SS10EA
For truck-side loading without a dock and last-mile delivery. 1.3 m lift, 1,000 kg capacity, manual travel, 12V 60Ah battery. The trade-off: limited lift and capacity.

For multi-shift warehouse operations. 1,500 kg, 3.5 m lift, electric travel, AC motor, 18-month warranty. This is the full-time warehouse stacker.
