Will It Fit Your Facility?
Check the critical dimensions before you order.
Max Lift Height
138″ (3500 mm)
Turning Radius
63″ (1600 mm)
Pallet Compatibility
- Standard open-bottom pallets (GMA, EUR)
- Straddle-style handling (legs go around the pallet)
- Compatible with closed-bottom and block-style pallets, provided the pallet fits within the adjustable straddle leg width (max 60″)
Why choose the SLCS15 over a straddle stacker?
The SLCS15 uses a counterbalance design with no support legs under the load. That changes what you can lift, not just how much.

Need a classic straddle stacker instead? See the SST15+, our flagship straddle model for standard pallets.
Pallets and loads the SLCS15 can handle
The counterbalance design removes the support legs from under the load. That makes the SLCS15 usable on load bases where a straddle stacker physically cannot fit.
Closed-bottom pallets
Forks insert from the front, with no support legs required under the pallet.
Skids and non-standard bases
Accepts loads with no entry points for straddle legs.
Drums, crates, custom fixtures
Lifts directly as long as fork-insertion clearance exists under the load.
Standard 4-way pallets
Fully supported. The SLCS15 handles standard pallets the same as a straddle stacker.
Where the SLCS15 earns its counterbalance premium
The SLCS15 is chosen for load classes where a straddle stacker physically cannot service the pallet or base. Typical Canadian operations running this unit:
- Line-side manufacturing — WIP fixtures, welded skids, and non-standard jigs with closed bases.
- Beverage, drum, and keg handling — cylindrical loads on flat skids or closed pallets.
- End-of-line packaging — finished-goods pallets with no fork pocket clearance for straddle legs.
- Third-party logistics with mixed inbound — pallet pools where incoming freight includes non-standard bases you can't pre-filter.
