Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions

How do I know my current part is failing?
Look for the symptoms documented in our Troubleshooting Guide. For batteries: runtime drops 30%+ from new, mid-lift cutouts at partial charge, or BMS fault codes on the controller.

Installation & warranty

Does this replacement void my unit warranty?
No. Sumachay replacement parts are permitted under the parent unit's warranty. Aftermarket non-Sumachay parts may void the unit warranty.
Can I install it myself?
Most accessories install with hand tools and an instruction sheet that ships with the part. Forks and chassis-mount components require a service technician.

Shipping

How fast does it ship in Canada?
Parts ship from our Ontario warehouse within 1–2 business days by ground courier.
