How accurate is the built-in scale?
The integrated electronic scale provides accurate weight readings suitable for shipping verification, inventory tracking, and reference weighing. For trade-certified or legal-for-trade applications, verify local regulations.
Can I tare the scale to weigh only the product?
Yes. The scale includes a tare function that zeros out the pallet weight so you can measure net product weight only.
Does the scale need regular calibration?
The scale is factory-calibrated and maintains accuracy under normal operating conditions. If you notice drift over time, contact our support team for recalibration guidance.
What units does the scale display?
The LED display shows weight in both pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg), switchable via the control panel.
Can I use the pallet jack without the scale function?
Absolutely. The SELR20-S operates as a full-featured electric pallet jack regardless of whether you use the scale.
Can the scale flag over- or under-weight pallets?
Yes. Checkweigh mode lets you set high and low target limits — the display shows Hi, OK, or Lo and sounds an alert when a load is over or under your set weight, so cartons and pallets build to a consistent target.
Can I total the weight of multiple pallets?
Yes. Cumulative mode adds each weighing into a running total (up to 999 entries), so you can tally a full shipment or truckload without a separate calculator.

Battery & Operation

How long does the battery last per charge?
Runtime varies by load and usage. Under typical warehouse conditions, expect about 3–4 hours of work per charge. For continuous multi-shift operation, consider the SELR20+.
How long does it take to fully charge?
Approximately 2.5 hours from empty using the included 110V charger. No special wiring required.
Is the lithium-ion battery safe for indoor warehouse use?
Yes. Lithium-ion batteries produce no fumes, require no watering, and carry no acid spill risk.
What is the top speed and capacity?
The SELR20-S travels at up to 2.8 mph (4.5 km/h) and handles loads up to 4,400 lb (2,000 kg).
Does it fit standard pallets?
Yes. The forks are 45″ L × 27″ W, sized for standard 40×48″ GMA pallets.

Delivery & Support

How is the SELR20-S shipped?
Units ship via LTL freight on a pallet from our Ontario warehouse. Delivery includes liftgate service. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery times vary by location.
What does the warranty cover?
The SELR20-S includes a 12-month limited warranty from the invoice date covering the motor, frame, electronics, hydraulic system, and scale mechanism against manufacturing defects. Charger excluded. For an 18-month limited warranty, see the SELR20+.
Can I return it if it doesn't work for my operation?
Yes. No-questions-asked returns with a 20% restocking fee.
Are spare parts and batteries available?
Yes. Replacement batteries, wheels, seals, and other wear parts are available from our Parts & Batteries collection.
Does the SELR20-S require assembly?
Minimal. Attach the handle, install the battery, and connect the charger. Setup takes 15–20 minutes.
